If you’re excited by this role, <strong>we encourage you to apply!</strong></p></div><p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a passionate <strong>Talent Acquisition Partner</strong> to join our new hub in <strong>Lisbon</strong>. You will be primarily responsible for driving the recruitment of exceptional talent across our Product Development (<strong>PD</strong>) functions. This role requires a good understanding of the PD talent market and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will also have the opportunity to support the wider Talent Acquisition team with hiring across other global locations.</p> <p>We operate a hybrid work model, and this role will be based in our brand-new Lisbon office. You'll enjoy the best of both worlds: flexibility and the chance to collaborate in a brand new office environment with other GeeCees.</p> <h4><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>End-to-End Recruitment:</strong> Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from initial briefing to offer negotiation.</li> <li><strong>Support Broader Hiring Needs:</strong> When required, support recruitment efforts across PD and other functions such as Finance, Legal, People, and Operations.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Talent Sourcing:</strong> Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent, utilising a variety of channels including online platforms, professional networks, local communities, and events.</li> <li><strong>Employer Branding & Outreach:</strong> Represent GoCardless, building relationships with potential candidates and promoting our employer value proposition through networking, meetups, and other initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their talent needs, provide market insights, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.</li> <li><strong>Local
