You will work side by side with our leaders across Customer Operations to design and deliver their people strategy and deliver excellent people experience in the areas you support. You will be bringing your know-how and wisdom to the team, coaching our Monzonauts to drive great outcomes. </p> <p>You will be part of the Operations leadership team, but your home team will be the People Collective.
