We’re focused on building security processes that allow the bank to move at pace, while protecting our customers. We’re never afraid to do things differently.</p> <ul> <li>You’ll be working closely with a full time Security Awareness Analyst and the Security Awareness Manager</li> <li>You’ll be in a team of people who look after the human side of security </li> <li>You’ll work with teams from all across Security and all across Monzo</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>🔑 You’ll play a key role by...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create engaging security awareness content across channels including Slack, email, presentations, training, and events.</li> <li>Develop micro-learning, behavioural nudges, and awareness campaigns that encourage secure habits across Monzo.</li> <li>Manage the day-to-day delivery of the security awareness programme, including campaigns, content, documentation, and reporting.</li> <li>Translate complex security topics into clear, practical guidance that helps Monzonauts make confident decisions.</li> <li>Use behavioural insights, metrics, and user feedback to continuously improve security awareness and influence the roadmap.</li> <li>Partner with Security, People, Tech, Risk, and Customer Operations to improve security behaviours, reduce user friction, and communicate emerging threats.</li> </ul> <p><strong>🤩 We’d love to hear from you if…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in security awareness, internal communications, or influencing behaviour change.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging guidance.</li> <li>Highly
