You'll partner directly with the Board, Executive Committee and senior People leaders to build the leadership teams that will take Monzo through its next stage of growth.</p> <p class="p1">You'll personally lead on some of our most business-critical, confidential and high-impact Board, C-suite and Executive searches, while leading a high-performing team delivering exceptional leadership hiring across the business.
