<p><strong>About the opportunity</strong></p> <p>In this role you will supporting the FP&A team and Finance, People and Product stakeholders by building financial and operational models, designing actionable dashboards, and translating planning needs into tool configurations. With a focus on managing the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and governance of the planning and reporting platform, Pigment. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>In this role you will: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and governance of the Pigment planning platform</li> <li>Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Pigment product, success and support teams aligning on feature rollouts, and actively tracking/absorbing technical requirements</li> <li>Collaborate with the FP&A and Finance BP teams to lead the build and maintenance of financial planning models including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis</li> <li>Develop dashboards and reports that provide Finance stakeholders with actionable insights</li> <li>Work with FP&A and People division to capture workforce planning and actuals reporting needs</li> <li>Act as a first point of contact for the tool-related queries from Finance and People users</li> <li>Support the rollout of new modules and features across business areas</li> <li>Assist in training end users and producing supporting documentation and guides</li> <li>Co-lead and manage critical data integrations between Pigment and core systems, specifically Workday FIN, Workday HCM, and the Data Warehouse (DWH) </li> <li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and model efficiency, including AI-driven configurations</li> <li>Ownership over internal security controls, managing user roles, permissions, change controls, and model documentation to meet internal audit and regulatory requirements </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you need to be successful:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar planning platforms</li> <li>Experience with leading day-to-day maintenance and development of reports, dashboards, models in planning platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar)</li> <li>Key Skills: Data analysis, database querying (SQL or similar tools), and dashboard creation.</li> <li>Understanding of data structures for operational KPIs and financial reporting concepts for financial KPIs</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Proactive and self-motivated.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Willing to take on additional responsibilities and ownership of tasks.</li> <li>Conceptual skills, paired with eloquent communication in speech and writing.</li> <li>Project management skills.</li> <li>Fluent in English.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s in it for you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe’s most talked about disruptors 🚀.</li> <li>Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation. </li> <li>As an N26 employee you will have access to a Premium subscription on your personal N2
