There are a couple of areas within the domain where we're adding design strength, and we'll match you to the right one based on your background and what you're drawn to</span><span data-path-to-node="2,4">.</span></p> <p id="p-rc_f1287d8afb4d6566-165" data-path-to-node="3"><span data-path-to-node="3,0">In this role, you'll work in the Grow & Engage domain—the heart of the cu<span class="citation-1322 citation-end-1322">stomer experience ranging from the acquisition and signup to our premium membership tiers and the daily engagement of our users</span></span><span data-path-to-node="3,2"><span class="citation-1321 citation-end-1321">. You will work in teams delivering the newest and most innovative features serving our custome</span>rs in the best way possible</span><span data-path-to-node="3,4">. You'll design end-to-end on important features and flows that millions of customers use every day</span><span data-path-to-node="3,6">. You'll report to our Head of UX, and work in a tight cross-functional team of product, engineering, research, and data partners</span><span data-path-to-node="3,8">.
