From analysing complex data to influencing high-stakes decisions, we are at the forefront of driving value in one of the most exciting and dynamic sectors.</p> <h3>ABOUT THE ROLE</h3> <p>As an FP&A Manager, you will be a key reporting specialist for the global FP&A function at Tide. We are looking for a financially savvy manager with a strong grasp of technical accounting to ensure we meet the highest standards of financial integrity across our reporting. Part of your mission will be to own and execute a seamless month-end, optimising our management accounts process into a world-class engine of speed, accuracy, and insight.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows to hit tight deliverables. Leveraging your background in Financial Reporting and Control, you will act as a vital operational bridge between FP&A and the Financial Control, Treasury, and Tax teams.
