About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, empathetic and caring member of staff to joing our night team working a minimum of 33 hours per week. Your main duties will be to provide care and support to our residents and maintain a relaxed and healthy nighttime routine, and work alongside the team at Plas Isaf to do everything we can to enhance the lives of every one of our residents.
