About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, empathetic and caring member of staff to join our Care team working up to 33 hours per week to include some weekend work on a rolling rota. Your main duties will be to provide care and support to our residents and maintain a relaxed and healthy daily routine, and work alongside the team at Plas Isaf to do everything we can to enhance the lives of every one of our residents.
