Care Assistant — Residential

About the role

An established London employer, Northgate Care Homes, has an opening in Residential Care. You will be based in Canary Wharf, London (Greater London). 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. Key responsibilities: • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. What we need from you: • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications). • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable. • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
