Care Assistant — Residential

About the role

Dunelm Healthcare Services is recruiting for its Residential Care team in Nottingham. You will be based in Bulwell, Nottingham (East Midlands). Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends. Key responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including doctors and therapists. • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. What we need from you: • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable. • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays. • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.
