About the role

Beacon Operations Ltd is expanding operations across Luton and seeks a new colleague for Customer Operations. You will be based in Stopsley, Luton (Bedfordshire). Part-time hours considered — minimum 24 hours per week. Key responsibilities: • Handle customer or stakeholder enquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate records and report issues to line management. • Support team targets during peak periods and cover where needed. • Follow company policies including health & safety and GDPR. What we need from you: • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills. • Reliable attendance and flexible approach to shift patterns. • Right to work in the UK.
