Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Sapphire Business Services is recruiting for its Customer Operations team in Sunderland. You will be based in Washington, Sunderland (Tyne and Wear). 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. Key responsibilities: • Identify process improvements and share feedback with supervisors. • Deliver day-to-day operations to agreed KPIs and service standards. • Handle customer or stakeholder enquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate records and report issues to line management. What we need from you: • Right to work in the UK. • Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous. • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
