About the role

An established Swansea employer, Greenfield Staffing Solutions, has an opening in Customer Operations. You will be based in City Centre, Swansea (Wales). Fully remote within UK time zones. Key responsibilities: • Deliver day-to-day operations to agreed KPIs and service standards. • Handle customer or stakeholder enquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate records and report issues to line management. • Support team targets during peak periods and cover where needed. What we need from you: • Reliable attendance and flexible approach to shift patterns. • Right to work in the UK. • Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous.
