About the role

Redwood Operations Ltd is expanding operations across Newcastle and seeks a new colleague for Last Mile. You will be based in Byker, Newcastle (North East). Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends. Key responsibilities: • Follow company policies including health & safety and GDPR. • Identify process improvements and share feedback with supervisors. • Deliver day-to-day operations to agreed KPIs and service standards. • Handle customer or stakeholder enquiries professionally. What we need from you: • Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous. • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills. • Reliable attendance and flexible approach to shift patterns.
