About the role

An established Bournemouth employer, Nova Care Group, has an opening in Dental Surgery. You will be based in Town Centre, Bournemouth (Dorset). Days, nights, or rotating shifts available. Key responsibilities: • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. What we need from you: • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach. • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications). • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable.
