Electrician — Commercial Fit-Out

About the role

An established Brighton employer, Greenfield Property Services, has an opening in Electrical. You will be based in City Centre, Brighton (East Sussex). Hybrid working: 2–3 days on site per week. Key responsibilities: • Maintain tools, plant, and PPE in good working order. • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and method statements. • Complete snagging and quality checks before sign-off. • Complete work to specification, on programme, and to safe working practices. What we need from you: • Relevant trade qualifications and valid CSCS card (or equivalent). • Right to work in the UK — CIS or PAYE options discussed at interview. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe systems of work.
