About the role

Beacon Retail Group is expanding operations across Milton Keynes and seeks a new colleague for Finance. You will be based in Wolverton, Milton Keynes (Buckinghamshire). Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Key responsibilities: • Support team targets during peak periods and cover where needed. • Follow company policies including health & safety and GDPR. • Identify process improvements and share feedback with supervisors. • Deliver day-to-day operations to agreed KPIs and service standards. What we need from you: • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills. • Reliable attendance and flexible approach to shift patterns. • Right to work in the UK.
