Groundworker — Civils

About the role

An established Oxford employer, Vantage Property Services, has an opening in Civil Engineering. You will be based in City Centre, Oxford (Oxfordshire). 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. Key responsibilities: • Maintain tools, plant, and PPE in good working order. • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and method statements. • Complete snagging and quality checks before sign-off. • Complete work to specification, on programme, and to safe working practices. What we need from you: • Relevant trade qualifications and valid CSCS card (or equivalent). • Right to work in the UK — CIS or PAYE options discussed at interview. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe systems of work.
