Healthcare Assistant (Band 2)

About the role

An established Swindon employer, Vantage Care Homes, has an opening in Inpatient Ward. You will be based in Town Centre, Swindon (Wiltshire). Days, nights, or rotating shifts available. Key responsibilities: • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. • Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including doctors and therapists. • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. What we need from you: • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach. • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications). • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable.
