HR Coordinator — City Centre

About the role

An established Sunderland employer, Greenfield Retail Group, has an opening in Human Resources. You will be based in City Centre, Sunderland (Tyne and Wear). Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends. Key responsibilities: • Follow company policies including health & safety and GDPR. • Identify process improvements and share feedback with supervisors. • Deliver day-to-day operations to agreed KPIs and service standards. • Handle customer or stakeholder enquiries professionally. What we need from you: • Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous. • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills. • Reliable attendance and flexible approach to shift patterns.
