IT Support Analyst — 2nd Line

About the role

An established Cardiff employer, Nova Labs, has an opening in IT Service Desk. You will be based in City Centre, Cardiff (Wales). Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Key responsibilities: • Support production releases and on-call rotation as required. • Build and maintain production-grade software with clear code review standards. • Collaborate with product and design on user stories and acceptance criteria. • Monitor system performance, incidents, and post-mortems. What we need from you: • Experience working in agile product teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and clear written communication. • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship (unless stated otherwise).
