IT Support Analyst — 2nd Line

About the role

Castleford Software Ltd is expanding operations across Northampton and seeks a new colleague for IT Service Desk. You will be based in Kingsthorpe, Northampton (Northamptonshire). Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends. Key responsibilities: • Build and maintain production-grade software with clear code review standards. • Collaborate with product and design on user stories and acceptance criteria. • Monitor system performance, incidents, and post-mortems. • Contribute to technical documentation and engineering best practices. What we need from you: • Portfolio or GitHub examples welcome for technical roles. • Experience working in agile product teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and clear written communication.
