About the role

Crown Digital Ltd is recruiting for its IT Service Desk team in Preston. You will be based in Deepdale, Preston (Lancashire). Days, nights, or rotating shifts available. Key responsibilities: • Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning. • Support production releases and on-call rotation as required. • Build and maintain production-grade software with clear code review standards. • Collaborate with product and design on user stories and acceptance criteria. What we need from you: • Strong problem-solving skills and clear written communication. • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship (unless stated otherwise). • Portfolio or GitHub examples welcome for technical roles.
