Join Oakwood Systems — a trusted name in Sheffield — in this IT Service Desk vacancy. You will be based in Attercliffe, Sheffield (South Yorkshire). 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. Key responsibilities: • Collaborate with product and design on user stories and acceptance criteria. • Monitor system performance, incidents, and post-mortems. • Contribute to technical documentation and engineering best practices. • Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning.
