About the role

An established Manchester employer, Nova Care Group, has an opening in Maternity. You will be based in City Centre, Manchester (Greater Manchester). Permanent days with occasional overtime. Key responsibilities: • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. What we need from you: • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable. • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays. • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.
