About the role

Juniper Care Homes is expanding operations across Bournemouth and seeks a new colleague for Therapies. You will be based in Poole, Bournemouth (Dorset). Fully remote within UK time zones. Key responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including doctors and therapists. • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. What we need from you: • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach. • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications). • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable.
