Painter & Decorator — Tile Hill

About the role

Sterling Property Services is hiring locally in Coventry for a role within Decorating. You will be based in Tile Hill, Coventry (West Midlands). Hybrid working: 2–3 days on site per week. Key responsibilities: • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments before starting tasks. • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades on site. • Maintain tools, plant, and PPE in good working order. • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and method statements. What we need from you: • Relevant trade qualifications and valid CSCS card (or equivalent). • Right to work in the UK — CIS or PAYE options discussed at interview. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe systems of work.
