Canterbury Care Homes is hiring locally in Canterbury for a role within Hospital Pharmacy. You will be based in Sturry, Canterbury (Kent). Days, nights, or rotating shifts available. Key responsibilities: • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. What we need from you: • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach. • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications). • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable.
