About the role

Beacon Property Services is expanding operations across Leicester and seeks a new colleague for Plumbing. You will be based in Oadby, Leicester (Leicestershire). Permanent days with occasional overtime. Key responsibilities: • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades on site. • Maintain tools, plant, and PPE in good working order. • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and method statements. • Complete snagging and quality checks before sign-off. What we need from you: • Right to work in the UK — CIS or PAYE options discussed at interview. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe systems of work. • Own transport or reliable commute to sites across the local area.
