About the role

Kestrel Logistics Ltd is recruiting for its Facilities team in Newcastle. You will be based in Gateshead, Newcastle (North East). Hybrid working: 2–3 days on site per week. Key responsibilities: • Handle customer or stakeholder enquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate records and report issues to line management. • Support team targets during peak periods and cover where needed. • Follow company policies including health & safety and GDPR. What we need from you: • Right to work in the UK. • Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous. • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
