About the role

Cheltenham Community Health is hiring locally in Cheltenham for a role within Acute Mental Health. You will be based in Prestbury, Cheltenham (Gloucestershire). Part-time hours considered — minimum 24 hours per week. Key responsibilities: • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. What we need from you: • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays. • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach. • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications).
