Dunelm NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for its Acute Mental Health team in Exeter. You will be based in Topsham, Exeter (Devon). Permanent days with occasional overtime. Key responsibilities: • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. What we need from you: • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable. • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays. • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.
