About the role

Juniper Care Group is expanding operations across Southampton and seeks a new colleague for Acute Mental Health. You will be based in Shirley, Southampton (Hampshire). Days, nights, or rotating shifts available. Key responsibilities: • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. • Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including doctors and therapists. • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. What we need from you: • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach. • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications). • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable.
