Registered Nurse (Band 5) — Medical Ward

About the role

An established Newcastle employer, Vantage Care Homes, has an opening in Medical Ward. You will be based in City Centre, Newcastle (North East). Permanent days with occasional overtime. Key responsibilities: • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. • Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including doctors and therapists. • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. What we need from you: • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable. • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays. • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.
