About the role

Sapphire NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for its Intensive Care team in Brighton. You will be based in Whitehawk, Brighton (East Sussex). Days, nights, or rotating shifts available. Key responsibilities: • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. What we need from you: • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach. • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications). • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable.
