Retail Supervisor

About the role

An established Northampton employer, Greenfield Operations Ltd, has an opening in Retail. You will be based in Town Centre, Northampton (Northamptonshire). Permanent days with occasional overtime. Key responsibilities: • Maintain accurate records and report issues to line management. • Support team targets during peak periods and cover where needed. • Follow company policies including health & safety and GDPR. • Identify process improvements and share feedback with supervisors. What we need from you: • Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous. • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills. • Reliable attendance and flexible approach to shift patterns.
