About the role

Horizon Operations Ltd is hiring locally in Sunderland for a role within Retail. You will be based in Roker, Sunderland (Tyne and Wear). Fully remote within UK time zones. Key responsibilities: • Deliver day-to-day operations to agreed KPIs and service standards. • Handle customer or stakeholder enquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate records and report issues to line management. • Support team targets during peak periods and cover where needed. What we need from you: • Reliable attendance and flexible approach to shift patterns. • Right to work in the UK. • Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous.
