Site Manager — Residential

About the role

An established Leeds employer, Falcon Property Services, has an opening in Construction. You will be based in City Centre, Leeds (West Yorkshire). Fully remote within UK time zones. Key responsibilities: • Complete work to specification, on programme, and to safe working practices. • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments before starting tasks. • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades on site. • Maintain tools, plant, and PPE in good working order. What we need from you: • Own transport or reliable commute to sites across the local area. • Relevant trade qualifications and valid CSCS card (or equivalent). • Right to work in the UK — CIS or PAYE options discussed at interview.
