Support Worker — Learning Disabilities

About the role

Dunelm Medical Centre is recruiting for its Community Support team in Derby. You will be based in Chaddesden, Derby (Derbyshire). Days, nights, or rotating shifts available. Key responsibilities: • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. • Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including doctors and therapists. • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. What we need from you: • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach. • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications). • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable.
