Support Worker — Learning Disabilities — City Centre

About the role

An established Nottingham employer, Northgate Care Group, has an opening in Community Support. You will be based in City Centre, Nottingham (East Midlands). Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Key responsibilities: • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. • Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including doctors and therapists. • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. What we need from you: • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays. • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach. • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications).
