Support Worker — Mental Health

About the role

Sapphire Medical Centre is recruiting for its Supported Living team in Birmingham. You will be based in Solihull, Birmingham (West Midlands). Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends. Key responsibilities: • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. • Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation. • Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including doctors and therapists. • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. What we need from you: • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable. • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays. • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.
