Support Worker — Mental Health

About the role

An established Canterbury employer, Nova Community Health, has an opening in Supported Living. You will be based in City Centre, Canterbury (Kent). Permanent days with occasional overtime. Key responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including doctors and therapists. • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. What we need from you: • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable. • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays. • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.
