Support Worker — Mental Health

About the role

Castleford Care Group is expanding operations across Ipswich and seeks a new colleague for Supported Living. You will be based in Rushmere, Ipswich (Suffolk). Hybrid working: 2–3 days on site per week. Key responsibilities: • Support infection prevention and safeguarding procedures. • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor junior staff and students on placement where applicable. • Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with CQC and NHS standards. What we need from you: • Right to work in the UK and valid enhanced DBS (we can support applications). • Commitment to mandatory training and revalidation where applicable. • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
