About the role

Sapphire Facilities Management is recruiting for its Distribution team in Northampton. You will be based in Weston Favell, Northampton (Northamptonshire). Hybrid working: 2–3 days on site per week. Key responsibilities: • Support team targets during peak periods and cover where needed. • Follow company policies including health & safety and GDPR. • Identify process improvements and share feedback with supervisors. • Deliver day-to-day operations to agreed KPIs and service standards. What we need from you: • Right to work in the UK. • Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous. • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
