About the role

Horizon Retail Group is hiring locally in Swansea for a role within Distribution. You will be based in Uplands, Swansea (Wales). Permanent days with occasional overtime. Key responsibilities: • Maintain accurate records and report issues to line management. • Support team targets during peak periods and cover where needed. • Follow company policies including health & safety and GDPR. • Identify process improvements and share feedback with supervisors. What we need from you: • Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous. • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills. • Reliable attendance and flexible approach to shift patterns.
